An electric utility shall make Web energy metering available to eligible shopper-generators on a first-occur, initially-served basis until eventually the earlier of either: (i) June thirty, 2029; or (ii) the 1st date on which the cumulative producing capability of Internet metering units equals 4 p.c from the utility's peak need throughout 1996.
